LINEA D'OMBRA

Linea d’ombra, which seat is in Palazzo dei Forestieri, Treviso, was devised and founded in late 1996 by the Director Marco Goldin. Its services consist mainly of the global management of art exhibitions, from the planning stage through to their conclusion. Consequently, it oversees all the aspects related to insurance and transport of works of art in collaboration with the leading specialist companies of the sector, deals directly with the promotion and advertising of the exhibition events and cooperates with the press of ce Studio Esseci in Padua. Many highly esteemed scholars, both Italian and international, are part of the scienti c committees and regularly contribute with their signi cant writings to the exhibition catalogues which are edited and published under Linea d’ombra own editing logo, Linea d’ombra Libri.

TREVISO 2016-2018

In December 2008, the company has signed a new agreement with the Azienda Speciale Villa Manin (Passariano di Codroipo-Udine), under the Administration of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, for a new important four exhibitions project starting in Spring 2009 under the title “Geographies of Europe”.

BRESCIA 2004-2009
Linea d’ombra conceived a five- years exhibition programme under the title of Brescia. Lo splendore dell’arte (Brescia. The Splendour of Art) in the renewed exhibition galleries at the Museo di Santa Giulia. Linea d’ombra gave birth to a cultural program which, together with the exhibitions dedicated to the important masters of the XIX century European painting, offered some exhibitions investigating the oeuvre of some important contemporary and XIX century Italian artists (Mafai, Gino Rossi, Francalancia, De Pisis, Licini, Pirandello). The project, in addition, tried to highlight the artistic heritage characterising the city of Brescia.

The city of Turin and the Olympic Committee designated Linea d’ombra to design and organize an exhibition, a year beforehand the Winter Games, 2006, to highlight and promote the City of Torino from a cultural viewpoint.
